My name is Holly Meaux, and I am a Registered Health Information Technician with experience in Health Information Management since 2006.

In 2018, I had the opportunity to manage the Medical Records Department at a 175-bed long-term care facility. My experience in long-term care has given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges these facilities face.

During my time in long-term care, I assisted with two electronic health record transitions, working closely with administration and nursing teams to evaluate existing workflows and implement new processes that supported documentation compliance. I also developed effective procedures for maintaining both physical and electronic records.

Throughout my career in health information management, I have worked with a variety of electronic health record systems. Although I have the most experience with PointClickCare, I am always eager to learn new software.
